‘Critical Time’ is a new commissioned piece from Norfolk and Norwich Festival, funded by Arts Council England.

The piece will have visuals made in collaboration with a Thetford school group, and will be a 15mins piece composed by Chris Dowding and Rob Milne. A premiere performance at NNFestival will be followed by three more dates around the UK, all of which will include ‘Critical Time’.

The workshops will be led by Norwich-based workshop leaders Ian Brownlie and Paul Thompson. The project uses the Mexican author Valeria Luiselli’s book ‘The Lost Children Archive’ as a jumping off point to think about and explore borders, landscape, climate change and more…
